In no event will Row be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate any work.
Any disputes arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated in Hays County, Texas. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
