We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! Learn new skills to connect people in ways that really matter. Our Customer Service Representatives are tech-savvy problem solvers who make a real difference to their customers. We support a lot of technology and you will be responsible for helping clients by providing product support and resolving technical issues in a timely fashion.
Handle customer inquires and complaints
Excellent customer focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each customer while focusing on the outcome to solve their problems efficiently with low customer effort.
Document and update client records based on interations
Train clients on how to utilize the product to its full potential
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Proactively share knowledge to reduce customer effort
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Ability to build a good rapport with clients
The ability to multi-task, working proficiently while conversing on the phone, searching information, reading, typing, and quickly picking up new technology.
Positive and Professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual a plus, but not required
Education - High School diploma or equivalent
Intermediate computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with customers
