Digital Content Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writers to develop informative content for print, digital, and social media platforms, to help brands showcase their products. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. You will also collaborate with our editorial team to create blog posts and content for social media to engage our target audience, write email blasts, and assist with marketing communication campaigns. You must also follow the company brand guidelines to ensure the messaging is consistent and aligned with company’s guidelines, value, and mission. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.


  • Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
  • Developing related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
  • Strictly adhering to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication as well as the brand image, products, and services
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies; Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
  • Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content

Skills & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
  • Portfolio of published work
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expression
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and interact with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • High school degree or equivalent
